Here is the full journey of an order.

Order journey

1. Customer orders and pays. All Homakes orders are prepaid. There is no cash on delivery.
2. You get the order. You will see it in your Homakes Partner app.
3. You accept and prepare it. Make or pick the product and pack it.
4. The courier collects it from you.
5. The customer receives it. The order is marked as delivered.
6. You are paid after delivery.

Order status

You can see the latest status of every order in the Homakes platform. You do not need to call or message anyone to check.

• Respond quickly. Fast sellers get better reviews.
• If you cannot fulfil an order, tell Homakes right away.
